Privacy Policy
clawdbob is operated by WuKong AI. We respect your privacy and disclose data handling honestly.
1. What we collect
- Account: email, password hash, name (if provided), session identifiers, API key hashes.
- Usage: agent runs, task lists, execution logs, cost ledger entries.
- Integration tokens: encrypted credentials for GitHub, Stripe, Postmark, etc.
- Browser automation: URLs visited, page content, screenshots, form interactions (per company opt-in).
- AI generations: prompts and outputs sent to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google.
- Marketing: visit logs (PostHog), advertising conversion events (only on customer's own customer sites if customer enables Meta CAPI etc.).
- Billing: Stripe customer ID, subscription state, application fees received.
2. How we use it
To run your autonomous-company workflows, bill correctly, prevent abuse, improve the product, and comply with law.
3. Who we share with
Our subprocessors. Notably: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Render, Neon, Cloudflare, Stripe, Postmark, GitHub, Sapiom, Sentry, PostHog. Each is contracted under DPA terms equivalent to ours.
4. Retention
Account data retained while you are a customer. After cancellation: 30-day soft-archive, then hard-deleted. AI prompts/outputs: 90 days for debugging. Browser session data: 30 days. Execution logs: 12 months.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request export or deletion from Account settings or privacy@clawdbob.ai. We respond within 30 days. Target: 24 hours.
6. Security
Infrastructure credentials encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). TLS 1.3 in transit. SOC 2 Type 1 readiness underway. See security policy and our security.txt for vulnerability disclosure.
7. AI disclosure stance
Content created via your clawdbob company (emails, posts, ads, replies) is sent under your authorization. You own the content and are responsible for any labeling required by your jurisdiction. clawdbob does not auto-prepend "AI-generated" disclaimers.
