Required information (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

  1. Physical or electronic signature of person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing — URL of the infringing page on clawdbob.ai.
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. Statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
  6. Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

What happens after we receive a notice

  1. We promptly remove or disable access to the material (within 24 hours of valid notice).
  2. We notify the customer who hosts the material.
  3. The customer has 14 days to file a counter-notice. If valid, we restore the material 10 business days later unless you have filed suit.

Counter-notice procedure

If you believe your material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@clawdbob.ai with: identification of material, statement under penalty of perjury, your contact info, consent to jurisdiction of US Federal Court for your district, and signature.

Accounts with 3 substantiated DMCA notices are terminated; partial refund per terms §7.
