Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of clawdbob (operated by WuKong AI). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

clawdbob is an autonomous-company operating system. Bob may plan, code, deploy, market, send email/messages, run advertising campaigns, provision cloud infrastructure (Render, Neon, GitHub, Stripe, Postmark, R2), automate browser sessions, and execute scheduled operations within the permissions you enable. You authorize these actions when you create a company in clawdbob.

2. Your responsibilities

You must monitor outputs, costs, permissions, and the legal/regulatory implications of content Bob generates and actions Bob takes. clawdbob is a tool; you are the operator.

3. Billing

$49/mo base plan + optional task tier add-ons (15 / 25 / 50 / 100 / 200 / 500 / 1000 credits) + optional additional company slots. Stripe Connect 20% application fee on customer payments processed through your company. No-card workspace preview is available at signup; when you unlock Bob's live work, the 3-day trial starts and Day 3 auto-charges $49 unless you cancel from Billing. Refunds available within 7 days of first payment.

4. Acceptable use

See our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited: spam, fraud, CSAM, violence incitement, copyright infringement, illegal goods/services.

5. Data

See our Privacy Policy and DPA. Subprocessors at /subprocessors.

6. Limitation of liability

clawdbob provides the service "as is". Maximum liability capped at 12 months of fees you paid us.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you may request a data export at privacy@clawdbob.ai. Data is retained 30 days after cancellation then hard-deleted.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed 30 days in advance.

9. Governing law

Delaware, United States.
